I built something for the woman who already knows exactly what she's doing and still finds herself doing it again.
The ReMine Room — a small monthly group for women who already understand a lot about themselves, and want support with what happens when those patterns show up in real life.
Recognition
The unanswered message. The yes she regrets the second she says it. The conversation with her mother that goes exactly the way it always goes. The seventeenth explanation. The work comment that ruins her whole afternoon.
She doesn't need another post explaining why she does it. She's read those. She could probably write one herself.
The gap
Knowing why you do it was never the same as being able to stop.
This is where knowing has to survive the actual conversation, the guilt, the silence, and the five seconds after somebody doesn't like your answer.
Method
The part I care about most is usually the five seconds nobody talks about.
Most women I work with can already tell me the pattern. "I people please." "I overthink." "I hate disappointing people." Fine. Give me Tuesday.
What happened. What did she say. What did you think it meant. What did you immediately want to fix. And what did you do next.
That gives me something much more useful than another label. The five seconds between what happened and what you did next. That's usually where I start.

What's inside
No vague language. Here's exactly what's inside The ReMine Room.
- One 90-minute teaching call a month, live. I take one pattern and show you how it actually plays out in relationships, work, family and everyday decisions.
- One 90-minute live Unpacking Room a month. We work deeply with around three real situations brought by women in the room. Everyone learns through each one, not only the woman whose situation it is.
- A private Telegram group in between. You bring what's coming up. I reply myself, usually by voice, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays — not every day.
- One private 30-minute call with me, just the two of us, when you join.
- €149 a month, month to month. Cancel anytime. Founding members keep that rate for their first twelve months, for as long as they stay continuously enrolled.
- The Room opens as soon as you join. Our first live teaching session is October 8. Our first live Unpacking Room is October 22. If you can't attend live, the replay is shared inside the group.
Proof
"Discovering me." "Breaking the loop."
Those were her words, not mine. I like them because none of them suggest I gave her a better set of answers. She started seeing herself differently.

Who this is for
Your husband may genuinely be difficult. Your mother may genuinely have hurt you. Your boss may genuinely be unfair. I'm not here to convince you otherwise, and I wouldn't try — most of the time, some of that is simply true.
But inside the Room, I keep bringing the conversation back to the part that's actually yours to work with.
If what you want is someone to confirm that everybody else needs to change first, I am probably not the person you're looking for.

Not a broadcast, not a course you forget in a folder — a room small enough that when you bring something real, it doesn't disappear in a crowd.
